Parallax Tapeloop

spicyinvalid Gentle and diversely inspiring, Parallax Tapeloop was an immediately endearing listen for me. Interestingly, my maiden voyage into this digital release was at the laundromat where I was helplessly immersed in a world of calming and carefully arranged samples and soporific cadences. Because of this first listen and another just now, I have to say that this release is already a favorite track of mine just because of its immediate draw and varietal sound construction.

Review
By Frans de Waard / Vital weekly
There is no information on the cover at all, but according to the information that came along it's by Parallax Tapeloop, a duo of Argil and Loic Joseph and the music was created for an exhibition of paintings. You could think 'Trois Balades' has three tracks/songs, but it's in fact only one piece of ten minutes. Ten highly vaguely minimal minutes of looped sounds, spoken words, audience talking and all such like, but it surely has something fascinating this. Maybe a bit short altogether, but perhaps that added that overall vagueness of this.
